Dream connect supports a holistic country driven approach to accelerate the development, deployment and labour export.  Mr. John Wamani has a multifaceted background in business advisory, entrepreneurship, and investment management, based on his experience working with both City Link Employment and Recruitment Services Limited and Moon Light Cleophas Enterprises as an Investment Manager in Uganda as well as in Africa where he was the head of the regional office. Prior to joining Dream connect Ltd. He has systematic experience in development financing mechanisms for SMEs, with special interest in the agribusiness and private sector. He has huge interest in corporate sustainability and has been involved in high level discussions of the same in the African region.

    Finance manager
    Daphine Matte

Daphine worked with Performance Finance and the Market Execution Department at Moon light cleophas enterprises ltd as finance Supervisor and due to hard work, she was promoted to the position of an Accountant and now working as finance manager for Dream connect ltd
 she has specialized skills in Accounting, Auditing, Marketing, Business and Administration with experience of over 5 years  working within Uganda.

 Dr. David Mwesigye

Dr. David Mwesigye is a Medical doctor by training and is currently the medical doctor at Dream connect Ltd. He has proven success in grant making, contract and grant administration, financial management and staff supervision. A talented manager and organizer focused on developing and maintaining relationships with local, regional and statewide private, grassroot and group agencies. Dr David has expertise in providing medical development and technical assistance to a diverse range of community organizations. He has extensive experience in working with communities from a broad spectrum of ethnical, social-economic and political issues. He has a track record of innovative program design and development.
David’s life passion is his commitment to finding solutions that work for the marginalized and vulnerable globally with a special focus on Africa.

Moses Mugisha

Moses is an experienced information Professional with broad based experience in administration, Learning and information Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, Business Partnership, HR Risk and Policy & Strategy formulation and implementation. He enjoys working as part of a successful & dynamic team, and formulating innovative solutions to business challenges. Moses is seen as a strong people leader and has a proven track record in designing and leading end-to-end people management strategies with a focus on strengthening the leadership bench and talent pipeline, creating an engaged and high performance culture and offering learning solutions to support the business strategy.
